To support this next stage, my client is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Developer to lead its commercial strategy and operations across the APAC region.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement international business development strategies across the APAC region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business plans.
  • Analyse market trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market developments.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.

The Successful Applicant

A successful International Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in business development within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international markets and sales strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A results-driven approach to achieving targets and objectives.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
