Job Description

  • Support and maintain key ICT applications (100+) to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Monitor system performance and respond promptly to any issues or disruptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement application updates and improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving application-related incidents.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of application processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies in all application activities.
  • Deliver user support and training for application systems, ensuring effective utilisation.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to manage application-related contracts and services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ICT Application Services Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience in managing and supporting ICT applications in a professional environment.
  • Strong technical skills in application troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent understanding of public sector technology requirements and standards.
