Job Description

  • Manage the financial reporting process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of statutory accounts for legal entities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data.
  • Analyse financial statements and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Entity Controller should have:

  • A recognised accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Experience in financial services or a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
