Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
  • Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies
  • Support the logistics team with data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant

A successful Logistics Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of shipping processes and logistics terminology is desirable
