Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified or finalist Management Accountant to join a growing business at a pivotal point in its journey. With recent investment and diversification, the company is evolving fast and needs someone who can bring structure, challenge existing ways of working, and get under the skin of the numbers.

You'll step into a newly shaped role with wide-ranging exposure - from GP calculations and month-end close, to payroll, CIS, and balance sheet integrity.

There's a stable transactional team in place (AR, AP, bank recs), but a real vacuum when it comes to technical oversight and reporting and this is where you will fit in.

You will be not only responsible for all things management accounts but also be an inquisitive individual who loves to get involved in improving processes and help a business become future ready.

The Successful Applicant

You will be an experienced management accountant who is an active studier who is curious with proactive mindset and a willingness to get involved.

The Finance Director is committed to development and is looking for someone who wants to grow into a fully qualified role and in the meantime you will be fully supported along the way.
