Having retained many of the existing team for a long time, there is now a real appetite to recruit externally to bring in diversity of thought and a new way of working for the team and the processes around month end etc.Job DescriptionThis Management Accountant role is not about coming in and fulfilling a process, my clients are looking for someone to come in, analyse processes, and in doing your role, find new ways of working and more efficient processes to deliver.End-end management accounts in compliance with internal control guidelines and review requirements.
