Job Description

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and productivity.
  • Manage two part-time receptionists
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for key personnel.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and staff record management.
  • Prepare and process expense reports and invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Assist in organising company events and meetings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in office management in a not for profit environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the energy & natural resources industry is advantageous.
