Job Description

As a Part Qualified Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for:



  • Collaborating with operational teams to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making


  • Preparing and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for designated business units


  • Monitoring financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth


  • Supporting month-end close activities and produce management reporting packs


  • Assisting with business case development and investment appraisals


  • Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting


  • Acting as a liaison between finance and non-financial stakeholders, translating complex figures into clear insights



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will need to be:

  • studying towards a further accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA)
  • have excellent communication skills as well as good systems exposure
  • Full Microsoft Excel exposure
