Job Description

  • Oversee and manage private client tax portfolios, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide strategic tax planning advice to high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service integration for clients.
  • Stay updated on tax legislation changes and ensure compliance in all client dealings.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the tax team, fostering professional growth.
  • Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
  • Prepare and review complex tax returns for private clients.
  • Attend client meetings, offering expert guidance and building long-term relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client Tax Director should have:

  • A relevant qualification in tax, accountancy, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in private client tax, including compliance and planning.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax regulations and their application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
