Job Description

The Real Estate Senior Associate will deal with a range of work including;

  • Managing a portfolio of real estate transactions, focusing on commercial and residential development
  • Providing expert legal advice on property finance deals
  • advising on Sales and disposals of investment properties subject to leases
  • Negotiation of commercial leases on behalf of institutional landlords and tenants
  • Advising clients across the public and private sector
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring quality and accuracy in their working



The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Senior Associate should have:

  • Qualified solicitor status likely to be around 7 years plus PQE
  • Proven experience in handling high-value and complex real estate transactions and development experience
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a professional services environment.
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
