Job Description

The Residential Property Solicitor will be:

  • Managing a full caseload from instruction to completion, including lease extensions and complex property matters
  • Maintaining compliance and CQS standards across all matters
  • Assisting with post-completion work where necessary
  • Actively contributing to business development and generating new client relationships

The Successful Applicant

The Residential Property Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Confident handling a broad range of property matters including lease extensions
  • Comfortable with digital dictation and post-completion procedures
  • Client-focused and able to build strong relationships
  • Team-oriented and flexible
