Job Description

SALES DIRECTOR IRELAND

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the sales strategy for Ireland aligned with global objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key retail and impulse accounts, ensuring best-in-class execution and joint business planning.
  • Commercial Performance: Deliver annual sales, profit, and market share objectives through effective negotiation and category management.
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to accelerate growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • SALES DIRECTOR IRELAND
  • Proven track record as a Sales Director or Head of Sales within Ireland.
  • Strong leadership experience managing a sales team.
  • Background in impulse categories (e.g., confectionery, snacks, beverages) highly desirable.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and influence at senior levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
