Job Description

  • Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance of property facilities.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors and external service providers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and completed tasks.
  • Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives within the properties.
  • Assist in budget planning for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Maintenance Technician should have:

  • Proven technical skills in property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
  • Experience in a facilities or property management role within the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and practices.
