Job Description

  • Provide tax advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Oversee tax planning strategies to optimise client outcomes.
  • Manage and develop a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentoring.
  • Review and improve tax processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and advise clients accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support broader financial services objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on trust and satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Tax Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
  • Proven experience across a range of taxes focusing on planning, and advisory services.
  • Strong knowledge of tax legislation within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant tax software and financial systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
