Job Description

  • Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to optimise campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with retailers to drive product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities, providing actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to deliver effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Ensure budget management and cost efficiency in all marketing initiatives.
  • Support the development of long-term brand growth strategies within the FMCG sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Shopper Marketing Manager should have:

  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of shopper marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with retail partners and external agencies.
  • Able to work hybrid from Leeds city centre.
