Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage supply chain documentation and processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and liaise with suppliers to track shipments.
  • Support the procurement team with administrative tasks such as purchase order processing.
  • Monitor and update supply chain schedules to meet business requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to address supply chain concerns.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to shipments and deliveries.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to supply chain activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the supply chain function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Administrator should have:
