Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during hiring processes.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Executive should have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the Human Resources field.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
