Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assist in managing and organising documentation and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update internal systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Handle incoming enquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
  • Provide ad hoc support to other departments within the organisation as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within the Not For Profit sector.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
