They are committed to making sure each person feels empowered to bring their best self to work every day.Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing transport team, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth and compliant transport operations. You will;Assist with accident investigations and insurance administration.Manage transport sundries bookings (ferries, bridge tags, etc.).Order uniforms and H&S PPE for team members.Maintain Time & Attendance system and report for payroll accuracy.Log holiday requests and investigate driver pay queries.Maintain Driver PFP logs and process related payments.Raise purchase orders, and produce financial reports.Coordinate Driver CPC training and bookings.Manage PCNs and audit transport requirements.Conduct data analysis, update KPIs, and liaise with customers.Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 10.5 hours between the hours of either days 08:00-18:30 OR nights 20:00-06:30.The Successful ApplicantA reliable and adaptable team player with strong communication skills, providing essential administrative support to drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
