Market leading cross border FX and payments firm seeking a VP- Operational Risk Manager .London basedJob DescriptionThe VP- Operational Risk Manager willSupport the Head of Operational Risk in the independent oversight of Operational Risk across the Bank.Responsibility for enhancing the Operational Risk Management Framework and its associated components (Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSA), incidents, operational scenario analysis etc).Providing robust oversight and challenge to RCSA's, risk assessments performed as part of new product / initiative development.Enhancing and standardising 2LoD owned policies and procedures.
