Job Description

The successful Warehouse shift Manager will be responsible for;

  • Supervise daily logistics operations to ensure smooth delivery and inventory management.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes to meet company standards.
  • Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Oversee stock control and reporting to maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Warehouse shift Manager should have:

  • Prior experience in logistics or operations within the retail industry.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in logistics.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Commutable daily to Nailsea - Bristol
