Job Description

The key aim of this role is to manage a direct report who oversees Amazon + Shopify - use your expertise to guide the business and lead from the front! There is high autonomy in this role to put forward suggstions to the CEO and as such, one must be confident, organised and evidence based using reports/forecast analysis to make decisions.

Examples of Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 1-2 Direct Report who overseas Amazon, Shopify and eBay
  • Own the Inventory, Orders, Forecasting and Reporting as well as Intelligence, using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads!
  • Use Business Intelligence & Reporting to identify customer inquiries, returns and reviews
  • Report Product Issues, Demand Changes and Website insights
  • Monitor Competitor Activity and Report Relevant Insights
  • Analyse sales performance across different channels
  • Manage and lead across Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, eBay and ShipStation
  • Maintain Customer Service System with organised Case Management
  • Handle B2B orders and wholesale customer requirements
  • Supervise fulfilment in terms of order accuracy

In terms of the Successful Candidate for this role, you must be comfortable to wear multiple different hats! This is not a pigeon-holed role and you will be a pivotal member of the team.

  • Organised invidiual who thrives in creating order and using evidence-backed intelligence/forecasting/data reports to pitch ideas/ways of operating to the business to enhance eCommerce Success.
  • Confident to work with C-Suite
  • Loves problem-solving and loves making a real impact in a growing business!

  • Annual Discretionary Bonus
  • You must be commutable distance to Barnstaple (North Devon) - absolutely beautiful office location, perfect for someone who has moved down South / doesn't want to move into the City.
  • This role is on-site during probation period so that you can fully immerse yourself and understand the business operations - post probation, there is flexible hybrid working on offer.
