Job Description

* Set the functional blueprint of 'best in class' category management

* Category growth story leadership
* Build Category Capability
* Monthly Data analysis
* Monthly Reporting and presentation
* Turning insights into tangible actions
* Ownership of Strategic Recommendations: Pricing, Promo, Product, Distribution

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis tools with proficiency in Nielsens / Circana / Retailer EPOS
  • Preferably experience within Skincare, Health & Beauty or OTC
  • Understanding of the Retail landscape inc. Boots and / or grocers
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Successful category and insights experience from a relevant FMCG category
  • Results-focused and resilient
  • Commercial acumen
