Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end management of subscription products, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and agency departments, to align product strategies.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure subscription success and drive improvements.
  • Ensure seamless user experiences by refining subscription processes and interfaces.
  • Proactively manage the product roadmap to deliver business objectives and customer value.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge in the subscriptions market.
  • Communicate product updates and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Product Manager (Subscriptions) should have:

  • Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in B2C subscription, D2C or the consumer tech space
  • A strong understanding of subscription-based business models and customer retention strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A track record of delivering measurable results through product innovation and optimisation.
  • Outstanding communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
