We're looking for a part-qualified or finalist Management Accountant who thrives on variety, with the enthusiasm to drive change and get stuck into everything from GP calculations and month-end to payroll and CIS queries.

You'll join a growing construction business at an exciting time of diversification, with plenty of scope to shape processes, gain exposure to business partnering, and grow with the support of a development-focused Finance Director.

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Finance is accountable for accurate production of Company's monthly MI. They will also manage the cash flow for the business including management of foreign currency. They will oversee both the AR and AP function.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for running the day to day Finance function as well as mentoring a small finance team. You will be sitting with the Senior Leadership Team, helping the CFO and the Board make strategic business decisions as the business continues on their growth journey.

This role will be instrumental in supporting the business achieve its target of driving a 50% increase in the EBITDA, through enhancing the FP&A function to provide clear visibility and commercial insight.

• Preparation, analysis & interpretation of monthly management and financial accounts of several UK subsidiaries to senior management.
• Supporting the Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis / Group CFO by providing effective and efficient management accounts and financial information.
